Their customer service team is the best I have ever dealt with.
The courier service let them down by not delivering my golf battery,Hotgolf were brilliant,they explained everything to me and when they had their next shipment in they got straight in touch ,and dispatched another battery plus a complimentary pack of golf balls

Ping jacket
Ordered a Ping sensordry jacket and it was the best price around. Delivery was really quick, little hiccup on the sizing but all sorted with a quick phone call and product change without a problem. Replacement received and all good. I would highly recommend due to customer service being excellent. Many thanks

Ordered a set of clubs and a trolley on the Sunday received them on the Tuesday exceptional service although there was a free gift as part of the order which wasn't with the delivery this stopped a 5 star rating

This company should win an award for customer service excellence, A small problem arose regarding delivery,but a call to the frieindly customer service team had the problem fixed quickly.Would recommend Hotgolf to all golf enthusiasts,you will not be disapointed.

Been using Hot Golf for many years, they seem to get busier year on year but never let standards slip. Any problems are always sorted out. Great prices, good availability on products,wouldnt go anywhere else ?

Really poor delivery, communication and customer service
Order some grips through ebay on 22nd March on a guaranteed 48hr Royal Mail delivery.
Should have arrived Thursday 24th, still not here Friday 25th 6.00pm.
Queried on ebay and all they did was send me the tracking number which I had already told them I had which states the Royal Mail don't have them.
Don't know about the quality tho their customer service and communication is pretty much useless.
No one willing to take responsibility and sort it out
Would advise to avoid, loads of other better companies out there.
Update 29th March
Somebody from hotgolf telephoned yesterday and apologised and advised they would refund my money. Told them that things get lost etc though my main issue is with their lack of updates and communication, which is really poor. No refund yet, no communication since to say what is happening. Ordered from clubhousegolf yesterday and delivered this morning, communication, quality and delivery excellent. Hotgolf really need to improve their communication, nothing annoys or frustrates a customer more than sellers not responding to emails.or queries.
Update 4th April.
Arrived 7 days late, returned it via their own returns label and told I would get a full refund.
Email today advising I was getting a refund of £58 when the value of the order
was £98.
The ineptitude and lack of accountability by this company knows no bounds...

I like this company but their website…
I like this company but their website needs improving. What Bugs me (it may seem trivial) is the Filter option “it’s pointless”. So if I press on Shirts....You can then press filter, I tend to go to look by brand and then size. This saves me looking at shirt brands I’m not interested in our shirts that aren’t going to fit me. Well that’s how you expect a filter to work, but no.... not at Hotgolf. When I press on brands, this part works fine, it will bring the brand (Footjoy) I’m interested in. But you would expect when you next press size (I’m a large) the Footjoy shirts that haven’t got a large in that style to disappear from the screen. But no, all show a large in stock in all styles. It’s only when you press on the shirt you like, it asks you “what size” I then press large, just to be told “out of stock”. ?♂️ What’s the point of having a bloody filter if it doesn’t filter. This is why Hotgolf.co.uk is my 4th-5th option for online golf shopping. Get this fixed and you would be Top 2 and a 5 star.

I bought a waterproof cart bag last year and recently had a zip fail. No quibbles at all. Allowed a full credit against a different bag which was promptly despatched. Excellent service.

Ordered a pair of Adidas golf shoes at Midday on Tuesday.
Delivered at 1pm the following day. Just over 24 hours door-to-door.
Price was also the cheapest I found online.

I shopped at the Ellesmere port hotgolf and I would recommend everyone to go there, I had nothing but problems with a very LARGE golf retailer AG so I decided to shop at hotgolf, the customer service at hotgolf was far and beyond what I was expecting and they were honest about delivery times on equipment, so in my opinion go to hotgolf and don't shop anywhere else

Ordered a new wedge
Ordered a new wedge, it arrived the next day. Wrong loft so I emailed them. They called me direct and sent me a postage note to return the club. My new correct wedge arrived the following day. They even rang again the next day to apologise and make sure I was happy.
Very efficient and a pleasure to deal with.

Great customer service
Ordered a motocaddy umbrella and it arrived no problems. Unfortunately the umbrella had a fault and needed to be replaced after 5 months. Hotgolf were very good at organising the warranty claim with motocaddy, and a replacement was sent out.
I recommend Hotgolf and I will definitely use them again.
Hot golf- top class experience
I never write reviews but I have to say the all round experience I have had with hot golf has been superb! I did 3 orders they all arrived the next day and I returned 2 clubs and they refunded them the next day also! I almost didn’t order from this website after reading some reviews but they have been class, role on the Boxing Day sales ?
